FEM linking allows you to connect Tier 1 Facility Environmental Module (FEM) assessments to your purchase orders. When a purchase order is linked to a verified FEM, Worldly uses the facility-specific environmental data to calculate more accurate Scope 3 impacts instead of relying on industry averages.

How it works

  1. Your Tier 1 supplier completes and shares a FEM assessment with your Worldly account.
  2. Use the Search Tier 1 Facilities endpoint to find the shared FEM.
  3. When creating or updating a purchase order, include the FEM assessment ID in the purchaseOrder.assembly.femId field.
  4. Recalculate the purchase order to generate Scope 3 impacts using facility-specific data.
