Introduction

Worldly’s Scope 3 tool is a carbon reporting solution that calculates emissions from a company’s products and supply chain, enabling sustainability departments to measure, manage and reduce their corporate carbon footprints. The Scope 3 tool includes generic product models across 38 apparel categories and a library of 27 baseline materials, components and packages. Pre-existing materials and products created through the Higg Index MSI and Product Module can be imported into a Scope 3 library as well. The Scope 3 API allows you to bring your library of materials, products, purchase orders and supply chain data - as well as the resulting Scope 3 calculations - into a third-party solution such as a carbon accounting or ERP platform. You’ll be able to manage these inventories and leverage data across a number of endpoints including:
  • Search for your Scope 3 materials, products and supply chain assessment data, as well as Higg Index MSI and Product Module objects
  • Import your previously-created Higg Index MSI and Product Module objects into your Scope 3 library
  • Create new products in your Scope 3 library, assign custom material compositions, attach purchase orders, link the purchase orders to a supply chain assessment (such as the Higg FEM) and ingest Scope 3 carbon impacts in real-time
  • Update products with new materials, additional purchase orders and specific supply chain assessments
